Paul Armstrong has been providing his expertise in both residential codes and building codes for California and in International codes as an Independent Consultant, a Technical Trainer as well as an Expert Witness for more than a decade.  The experience and knowledge he gained working at ICBO/ICC and for several consulting firms for more than three decades has made him an expert recognized throughout the Building Code Industry.
